After giving a good thought at why this big a hackathon, was mostly depended upon humans to actually manage even the minutest task as trivial as providing a merch to each person and ensuring no one cheats, which could have been done with a basic premitive tech such as a vending machine.

With Web3 Hackathon Portal now we can move almost 70% of the tasks required in organizing a hackathon, dirctly on the block chain with veryfiable proofs generated at every point.

1. On-boarding web3 developers, without any hassel. Now it is as simple as connecting dapp with your metamask, and that takes care of all your need from on boarding, submissions to prize distribution. If end user doesn't have metamask we plan at integrating biconnomy.

2. Managing applications, submissions, and merch :- It is now as hassle free as clicking a button. Every Hackathon here is a SBT NFT owned by organizer. after application process ends, a POAP SBT is directly issued to the hackathon participants. They then submit their submissions directly on their own NFT, thus allowing them to claim their own content. with it acting similar to LENS protocol.

3. Updating statues:- By leveraging the Dynamic NFTs by Revise NFTs now the hacker's SBT acts according to their behaviour. happy when they get selected, even more happy when they submit project on time, but also sad when they miss the deadline.

4. Prize money:- Major part of every hackathon are the prize money transfers, with many complexities involved.. We also do it as a ERC721, which acts as a gift card when. Transferable when carrying money and a SBT after getting the funds out. Also the funds are always owner no custodian or 3rd party required even for gift cards. And making them is as simple as minting a NFT.

We had many challenges. biggest being the limited amount of time. I can literaly say our UI is as bad as I could ever go. Given more time we can surely provide a better experience for every one.

about technical challenges, I could say most of the sponsors platform are quite good in their ow domains, but integrating them together gives a very hard time. , its good we are diversifying, but when dveloping a product, we try to reduce the power requiree to get everything together.

one major issue we faced was not equal support provided to all testnets, we integrated few sponsor's platforms. some provide access to mumbai testnet while other don't. Man its test net and free, In the end we had to do the integrated testing on polygon itself
