Users have very low confidence about sending crypto assets to wallet addresses and for this reason they send a small amount as a test transfer and wait for confirmation before transferring the entire amount. For eg, they send 1MATIC before sending 100MATIC. This leads to wastage of gas and additional time to confirm. vPay completely eliminates this process of sending test txs.

Users also do not have enough details about the wallet that they are sending to. If wallet history and stats are presented to the user, they can make a better decision about the genuinity of the recipient. They can easily detect red flags if it's a hacker, bot or some other account they don't intend to transfer to.

It is a challenge to bring web2 native users to web3. We have given an interface on telegram for users to start sending/receiving crypto that helps them start with their favorite web2 apps to transition to web3.

It is challenging to setup a smooth flow with the given systems, where we need to co-ordinate between telegram-bot-for-user-1, EPNS, and telegram-bot-for-user-2. Due to the isolations in these 3 systems, it introduces manual steps for user, and requires us some infra to make it smoother. Also, Telegram doesn't let pre-filled text in user chats
