We're a protocol for DAOs enabling anyone to create and manage a DAO for any use-case in under 60-seconds using our no-code platform with customisable templates.
To date, the majority of the communities manage their treasuries on a member's private wallet (eg. Metamask) & take decisions on platforms like discord & telegram. This leaves the members of such clubs exposed to risks like loss/theft of funds, no proper tracking, human error, etc. The tools that currently exist also do not give the flexibility to these communities to manage themselves the way they want, therefore making it difficult for them to onboard themselves on these platforms. An investment DAO works differently from a Grants DAO. The "One size fits all" approach fails here.
StationX is a protocol that enables anyone to start & manage decentralised permissionless pools/clubs/DAOs of any use case in under 60 seconds.
Our primary challenges were around governance, the current system that's in-built follows off-chain voting for DAO members which makes the DAO ops partly centralised by nature so we prefer using an existing protocol like snapshot which we would integrate with to execute on-chain executions of 'actionable proposals' as & when they pass the voting threshold of the DAO.
Such a system would be 100% decentralised but it'd need an infra-level partnership with a snapshot-equivalent protocol that enables the DAO to execute on-chain proposals (transactions) based on the voting quorum passed by the DAO. We believe that an SDK that'd allow such a feature on our product would make DAO ops 100% decentralised, exactly what we want to achieve with the project.
