SociaLens

SociaLens is an immersive VR social app where all users can share any content as an NFT and make them available to collect for free or for purchase. This will give power to all 3D creators to showcase their work, and for VR users to fully see the art work in all of its dimensions within VR. Not only does SociaLens work as a social media app on VR, but through appealing content discovery, it also functions as a Social Commerce app within VR. Browsing social content is fun. The experience could be even better to have them in the VR metaverse. However, the existing platforms are not open; they don't allow third-party clients nor grant ownership to users for their content generated. Lens Protocol gives us the freedom to access publications. We have implemented WalletConnect to log in with Lens Protocol too. During the implementation, we discovered two bugs in WalletConnect and we've created pull requests.

SociaLens was developed using the following technologies:

-VR (Unity)

• EVM Login (WalletConnect)
• Content exploration (Lens Protocol, GraphQL)
• Low-gas experience (Polygon)

Lens Protocol gives us the freedom to access publications. We have implemented WalletConnect to log in with Lens Protocol too. During the implementation, we discovered two bugs in WalletConnect and we've created pull requests.
