A safe core protocol plugin hook that allows safe's to assign an admin and a co-admin that can blacklist addresses/methods to check them against a directory of blackListed methods or addresses that owners specify, as well as automating a process that locks down a safe in the case of blackListed parameter, which can be easily unlocked through a majority sign (70%+ of the votes)

it's made using the safe-core protocol foundry template and the safe core protocol and safe contracts code, as for testing, Goerli and Remix/Etherscan have provided great help in identifying how the safe core protocol would work along the safe contracts, which all came together to help see the integrations permissions display properly, integrated properly, and works properly
