      As technology and business models develop, consumers and businesses are increasingly using digital financial services for a range of different purposes.
     With the emergence of Web3, we now have the tools to transfer value over networks much like we transferred information. This quickly led to fledgling digital economies, where one type of tokenized value was transparently exchanged for another without the need for intermediaries.

       Future e-commerce will become decentralized-commerce and this rises the question of each participant’s trust, since no more (trusted) third-party exists to guarantee the trustworthiness. 
      Whitelisted solves the issue of payer trustworthiness, by performing deep checks of its source of funds. That being said, when you buy/sell anything using decentralized-commerce channels, you don’t have to stress whether you can’t exchange cryptocurrencies to fiat money due to suspicious source of funds (as propagated from the payer).

      Whitelisted will be the easiest and the most popular tool for checking against suspicious source of funds, simply by copy-pasting an address into a website.

Spline is currently a v0/proof-of-concept yield aggregator for L1 vaults and pools, such as Yearn vaults, on L2 (via Arbitrum). Users can deposit, withdraw, harvest, and accrue yield on their favorite L1 vaults and pools - without paying enormously high gas fees. Gas savings are already upwards of $300 worth of ETH per deposit. However, there is a tradeoff (which we can work through with something like Connext): moving liquidity between layers means much longer finality than L1-native transactions, especially when you're moving tokens from L2 back to L1. For a v1/v2, we want to become an L2 yield optimizer, with an open market for strategy creation. The protocol is currently not monetized, takes no performance fees, and has no token. However, we will take performance fees and issue a token (for governance and performance fee distribution) in our "v1" release.

Spline

We are building a radically better interface to DeFi. We want to make DeFi sexy. For people outside crypto, interacting with DeFi protocols is no walk in the park. This can be made better by building a web 2.0 fintech like UI to DeFi protocols.

We plan to do this via NFTs. We are building smart contract vaults that adhere to the ERC21 standard. A vault can hold ETH, ERC-20 tokens and ERC-721s. Each vault has an owner who has sole control over it, much like how a user has sole control over Metamask. Each NFT is tied to a specific DeFi protocol and acts as a conduit between the user and the protocol.

Mavrik

For this, hackathon we have created price feed that can uses hedonic linear regressions to determine the value of the CryptoPunk market as a whole and can be used to price the value of each individual Punk in real-time based on on-chain data.

NFTs suffer from a notable liquidity issue which makes evaluating the value of an NFT difficult to determine and in turn difficult to sell. Since NFTs as an asset are most similar to real estate we decided to apply a similar pricing model that is traditionally used for real estate derivatives and valuations. 

Hedonic regression is used in hedonic pricing models and is commonly applied in real estate, retail, and economics. Hedonic pricing is a revealed-preference method used in economics and consumer science to determine the relative importance of the variables which affect the price of or demand for a good or service. For example, if the price of a house is determined by different characteristics, like the number of bedrooms, the number of bathrooms, proximity to schools, etc., regression analysis can be used to determine the relative importance of each variable. 

Real estate and NFTs are similar assets due to their poor liquidity, the value of CryptoPunks can be derived by determining the value of each attribute. For Punks, we analyzed historical transactions, the crypto marketcap at the time of sale, and the attributes such as Full-Body type and # of attributes. By applying linear regressions; we can estimate the weighted value of each analyzed variable to determine the value of the entire Punk market and each individual Punk.

This model can be applied to the entire NFT market and set a baseline pricing for the NFT market as a whole. In addition, the valuation can be useful for implementing collateralized NFT loans. The value of the entire Punk market is useful for the creation of a synthetic derivative that can bring liquidity, simplify investments and introduce a short-selling mechanism.

ERC20s represents a wider class of assets ranging from a dollar to gold to liquidity in a defi pool. So we're looking to exploit the value of these assets by enabling holders to use them in their day-to-day activities.
Like spending an LP token for buying coffee at Starbucks. Currently, it would be difficult for us to declare the value of the LP token so we implemented the PoC with wBTC, COMP & USDC that have well established and stable price feeds through chainlink.

We use chainlink for fetching real-time price and use our conversion inside the POS contract that resolved the value to the amount to be paid by the use for equivalent USD. Any other payment provided can use this smart contract to build their internal payment infrastructure.

We're working on an on-chain POS gateway(Started but unable to complete in 3-weeks) for allowing smart contracts to process multiple token payments. Currently most of them depend on the native token of the blockchain but we wish to enable smart contracts to accept any token payment not just the native token or wrapped native token for wider acceptance & ease of use.

Approvals Manager:

The current ERC20 protocol allows third parties to transfer tokens only if they approve them before the transaction, making things more difficult for onboarding new users to the platform as there would be two transactions.

ERC20 approvals consume approximately 50,000 GAS for every smart contract to use the token inside them, which can avoid using a single approval manager for all the ERC20 tickets that could control all the payments.

We should acknowledge that the ERC20 approvals are one of the biggest gas guzzlers, and it takes up 1/3 of the total transaction on the ethereum network. So by removing the approval mechanism in play, we could allow room for other transactions to be allowed on the network.

Approval itself is not safe:

The ERC-20 allowance mechanism is susceptible to the multiple withdrawal attack/SWC-114 and encourages antipatterns such as using the "infinite" allowance. The wide prevalence of upgradeable contracts has made the conditions favourable for these attacks to happen in the wild.

We don't even know how much we've approved for which application. So we plan to streamline it through our application.

Approve Once, Use it Everywhere:

Our PoS (Proof Of Sale) smart contract is self-governed. Once the oracle & token contracts are set, it will automatically process payments using a payment pointer (added by the merchant to merchant oracle). Hence the settlement happens in real-time. The client application / smart contract doesn't need to worry about approving/handling approvals; they can process payment using TICKER & USD value.

Does it make a single point of failure easier?

Variable Finance

This project implements a web interface that allows the user to on-chain derivatives for currency-hedging / speculation.

Before the expiry of a contract a user can:
1. Deposit collateral into the contract to generate long / short tokens representing the long / short position on the given currency exchange rate 
2. Retrieve collateral by burning equal amounts of long / short token

At the time of expiry the user can:
1. Request a settlement price for the given contract (only needed to be done by a single user once)

Once the price oracle (see details below) has settled on a price the user can:
1. Settle arbitrary amounts of long or short tokens to retrieve the collateral amount allocated to the respective position based on the oracle response

Since both long and short positions are represented by ERC-20 tokens they can be traded / transfered at will. Once a liquid secondary market for these contracts has been established (e.g. on uniswap) taking a long / short position is as simple as buying one of these tokens.


Wicked

A new-generation AMM that provides a stable and secure price oracle, and offers the fairest token swap prices. We achieve this by doing the following:

- Built-in arbitrage feature right into swap transaction
- Split arbitrage profit between liquidity providers and traders
- Impose a Limited Price Impact mechanism on the price oracle

Benefits:
- Liquidity providers get compensated for their impermanent loss risk through profit splitting from built-in arbitraging
- Traders get compensated for price slippage through profit splitting from built-in arbitraging
- Built-in arbitrage and limited price impact oracle provides oracle consumer with more accurate on-chain oracle price

NostraSwap

The project combines C-Tokens and the Chainlink VRF to allow people to win NFTs by depositing into a staking pool. The more you deposit and the longer you stay in the pool, the greater your odds of winning the NFT are. The depositor of the funds get an extra ticket per day they stay in the liquidity staking pool, so that they are incentivized to stay in the pool as long as possible to give yield to the artist. Especially given the fact that some NFTs cost up to 18-20 ETH, using cETH to help generate even more money for the artist is a way to enlarge gains per sale to support our creative economy.

NFT Crowd Drop

Our project consist in a webapp enabling users to do yield farming, in a risk free way (capital is guaranteed) while personnalizing allocation of yield harvested. Basically the project enables to decouple capital from yield harvested. 
By doing so, depositors will be able to select specific beneficiaries for their yield (charities, family, wife, husband, ...). Depositors are able to withdraw their capital whenever they wish. 
Beneficiaries can also withdraw yield harvested freely.

*Problem*

It's a pain to invest in DeFi. It's even more of a pain to move funds from one DeFi investment to another because of all the different - and often confusing - interfaces you have to use to get it done. 

All existing solutions to this (like "zaps") are either centralised or force people to use restrictive "smart accounts".

*Solution*

Tesser makes it incredibly simple to migrate investments: just select the DeFi investment (e.g. a yield farm) you want to move your funds from, and select where you want to move them to (e.g. another farm) - and in one transaction it's magically done! 

Tesser handles all the hard bits under the hood: unstake, withdraw, swap, deposit and finally stake in the new farm.

*Why is this different?*

Did you know that when you use some sites to "zap" investments from one protocol to another, you're actually using they're closed-source centralised back-end?

Of course, if you want to use a decentralised tool, you can use something like a "smart account" to interact with protocols...but they lock you into their interface. You won't be able to go to a website and connect your wallet like you used to.

Instead, Tesser is completely decentralized and doesn't lock users in. The main advantages are:
- no single point of failure
- Tesser is highly extendible: no need to wait for a core team to update their backend - anyone can integrate with Tesser immediately
- complete freedom: Tesser is non-custodial, and doesn't use smart accounts. You can Tesser from Uniswap to Curve, and then just go and manage your funds on the Curve interface if you feel like it.

We are building a non profit social positive donation platform over DEFI .

During a traditional charity campaign approx. 30-40% of the funds donated are getting "lost". These "lost" funds are not received by the charity which they were donated for. They are used to pay for salaries , intermediaries , clearing services and more. 

With the donation cycle overhead in mind we went on a mission to find a why which pay the charity more then your original donation . This can be achieved by reducing the process operational cost and by investing the funds. The increased principal with minimal to no management cost allow the total sum to be GREATER then the original donation sum. 

Our platform will provide marketplace for charities to lunch their campaign. During campaign creation the campaign manager will decide on some configuration items , such as; 

	1. Vault Expiration Date - The Date of which the vault will be dissolved and all funds will be released to the charity 
	2. Vault Allocation - A setting which allow the campaign to designate some funds to be paid over time (without interest) , while some funds will be invested and will be paid at later time. This function allow organization to receive larger  payments early while forfeiting some APR profits for funds which are not in vault. 
	3. PAOP Rewards - Each donation will generate a POAP token "I donated". There is bronze/silver/gold. The range of donation for each grade can be adjusted and configured. 
	
Once a vault has been created, users can interact with the vault and donate USDC. 
The vault will incur interest over time, on monthly basis the vault will withdraw the interest profits and will pay them to the charity (The original principal remain in vault to continue to generate APR). During the strike/expiration date of the vaults the process will withdraw all the principal and earned interest and will pay it to the charity.
Once a vault has been expired it cannot be reopened. A new campaign will need to be initiated. 

Some charities will need a quick turn around, thus the vault allocation is offered. This option drive bootstrapping of revenue stream , by directing some of the funds for "payment" in lieu of "investment". These funds allow the organization to get funds while their vault is growing with donations until it significate enough to generate a "Strong" revenue stream by APR alone . 
Funds which are allocated for "payment" will be streamed to the charity via superfluid, thus driving the revenue stream in parallel to the APR. 


Our MVP will include; 

	1. Vaults - Each charity will have its own vault. Each vault will act as the "bucket" of funds of the organization. 
	2. Investment - Each charity vault will "invest" the funds in AAVE to generate revenue stream by lending the funds 
	3. APR collection and payout - Process to collect the APR revenue and pay it off to the charity on predefine incremental. 
	4. Expiration payout - At vault expiration all funds will be released and delivered to the charity and the vault will be closed. 
	5. POAP - Provide a POAP for donators (I donated sticker).

Streamswap aims to provide a fully-fledged, streaming-exchange protocol built on Superfluid that works similarly to Uniswap or Balancer.

Currently in finance, all transactions are discrete. We believe this is an archaic restriction brought forth from the old systems in use today and that DeFi should break free of this convention. This would bring benefits in many applications such as subscription payments or individuals' salaries. Superfluid has forged the path in the this new frontier, however there are currently no accepted means by which to fully utilize the power of streamed funds.

We believe streaming tokens are a powerful application of DeFi and we seek to bring a way to exchange tokens continuously with a familiar balancer/uniswap-style AMM protocol. This will allow the creation of fully fledged exchanges where users can trade one incoming stream of tokens for another, or invest into a portfolio on a truly continuous basis, and much more. This will help facilitate the exchange of funds and unlock the full potential of streams.

With the option to open stream channels from SuperFlud, anyone will be able to take stake any coin (STAKEDAO), o provide liquidity to the top protocols (Aave, Compound, Uniswap, Pods,...), and redirect every desired passive income stream (PIS) via DIFO to a selected Ethereum wallet address. 

Naturally, these contracts can be covered with NEXUSMUTUAL services. 

In exchange for redirecting passive income streams (PIS), supporters will receive rewards in form of SuperToken or SOTEN created with SuperFluid, representing the project, or other benefits like subscription pass and benefits, similar to how Patreon works. 

The projects or entities listed to get PIS will be passing a list of needs and get hardly stressed with UPSHOT*, and a ScammBusters team, and so, get a decentralized trust score for the projects.

Making use of the Uma KPI (Key performance indicator), projects that reached predetermined targets in time before given time, will receive additional PIS APY.

This solves already known problems, for example, a bad actor had to keep the reputation up for a long period of time, because PIS can be canceled, which makes it more difficult for scammers to run with huge amounts of funds, due to the nature of the PIS drops. 

All this variety of possible coins generating PIS can be a mesh for projects to handle, for which we will integrate CIRCLE USD, all rewards will be Swapped via PARASWAP / INSTADAPP  to USDC (SuperToken) in the POLYGON layer* and finally, send to projects. 

The TVL represented by Sotens (DifoV1) can be used as collateral to boost the project, via AAVE borrow USDC which will be sent to the project in exchange for Sotens, giving both sides a boost. 
A % of the PIS will be used to pay back this loan. 
(EVTL these borrowed funds will be used to initiate a pool in Uniswap, generating the initial matching amount of the project token, fees earned will be used to pay back the loan first.)

DIFO

Perpetual options market on polygon. You can write/buy call/put options for WETH/WBTC. The option itself is perpetual, so there is an indefinite right to exercise the option as long as you maintain the premium payment flow to the option writer. The user flow begins with the option writer creating an auction to essentially elect the b-side of the option contract. Users bid on the premium payment amount that they will be streaming to the option writer. After the auction ends, the winner can call a function to create the option and start the payment stream. The option contract itself is an NFT that gets burned upon exercising or if the payment flow stops. A secondary market for the options will be created soon.

Perpetuity

The Tender protocol does liquid staking and yield aggregation for web3 projects like Livepeer, The Graph Network, NuCypher, Polygon, ... . It provides a missing link between the booming world of DeFi and the nascent but still overlooked web3 space.

DeFi became popular with the rise of Yield farming, the act of supplying liquidity to receive token incentives. These strategies quickly became more complex and due to rising gas fees it quickly became a whale game. Until the advent of yield aggregators, automated on-chain strategies that would aggregate user deposits and yield farm on them.

An analogy can be drawn to the web3 space, where you can stake to receive yield. This process was very simple in the early bootstrapping days of networks as profitability and performance between node operators wasn't distinguishable until these decentralised web3 protocols actually started seeing usage. Now the complexity of staking and optimally allocating funds is quickly increasing as performance and earnings differences are quickly becoming visible. When you add the complexity of navigating the delegation markets on top of rising gas prices, funds management (some protocols pay out rewards in tokens other than the native token such as Livepeer and Keep network) and risk management (staked funds are locked) one can quickly see the benefit of a liquid staking yield aggregator.

As a result of the aforementioned complexities of staking (as well as other potential causes), capital has a hard time finding its way to the well performing nodes on the network. Default Swap Protocol provides decentralized protection against economic risks.  While DeFi insurance tends to focus on contract risks and exchange hacks, Default Swap Protocol protects against loan liquidations (in the case of over-collateralized lending) and default events (in the case of under-collateralized lending). 

By reducing risks in DeFi lending we hope to broaden access to loans to more users who may not have the resources to participate in over-collateralized lending.

The concept of Range Orders is mentioned in Uniswap V3. LPs can deposit single tokens in a custom price range above or below the current price, and when the market price enters the set price range, the tokens provided by LPs will be sold along the curve into another asset and earn transaction fees at the same time.

This is the way Uni V3 provides us to implement limit orders.

And it is important to mention that by going through this form of purchase, the user is not required to provide transaction fees, for example

Alice wants to buy a $50000 Token A, if she does not use Ranger Order, Alice needs to keep an eye on whether the price is at her psychological price and needs to pay up to 1% transaction fee ($500) in the process of trading, accompanied by trading slippage.

So a more ideal situation would be for Alice to place the order by providing liquidity, and when the Token A's price goes down, Alice's order will be Filled to achieve a no-trading-fee, no-slip purchase.

In the above scenario, there are two other issues that Dokodemo has solved.

1. Becoming a UNI V3 LP is not something that is easy to understand and operate
2. When Range Order is filled, if LP does not withdraw liquidity, when the price of the token you want to buy goes up, the token will automatically convert back to the previous token, thus there is no way to achieve a bottom.

Dokodemo provides an easy-to-use interface, just like the way users used to set up limit orders, but in fact, it is a way to buy without transaction fees by becoming an LP, and it can automatically withdraw liquidity from orders that have already met the demand through the contract bot to achieve the purchase of tokens.
