FarmLander

FarmLander is a Decentralised Land MarketPlace for farmers to buy/sell or rent their FarmLands. Farmers can list their FarmLands as NFTs or get Lands on rent,streaming the rent to owner per second instead of paying as whole. It decentralizes the FarmLand marketplace and takes it a step further The project makes use of WorldCoin,XMTP,SuperFluid,IPFS/Filecoin and Valist

Solidity is used for coding the smart-contracts and React-js is used for the frontend along with SCSS with styling The project uses -Worldcoin widget in the frontend and smart-contract to ensure that a Land is only listed and converted into a NFT once -XMTP for providing chat functionality between buyers and sellers -IPFS/Filecoin to upload the land images for NFTs -Superfluid for streaming rent per second from Renters to Owners -Valist for software distribution
