DOOHNIBOR is a 1B fixed supply ERC-20 token implemented with a twist as a fun gimmick – when the max supply is reached, a user can still mint tokens, but when done so, tokens are burnt from a random users wallet

Users can do an initial mint of tokens until 1B tokens are in circulation After the max supply is circulating, a user can still mint tokens, but when doing so a random address gets their tokens burnt
Unfortunately, we did not feel we completed the hack enough for us to want to upload the hack for judge

We are quite new to developing in the space and wanted to learn and try and develop the above fun gimmick during the hackathon to improve. We managed to make our ERC-20 token and implement some of the features (big win for us), but did not manage to implement the burn feature.
