Project Description
DAO factoring app to allow daos to issue invoices to clients and sell the ownership of the invoices to increase capital efficiency. Usually when making transactions an invoice is issued, there are no tools in the web3 space that allow companies or daos to sell these invoices to receive liquid $$ on time in exchange for their invoices.
How it's Made
This project is made with solidity and hardhat to handle the repayment system. It will be deployed on polygon. Uses IPFS/Filecoin to store metadata and legal documents related to the invoice. We also use ERC1155 tokens to create "fractional" invoices. We created a subgraph to store and retrieve data to show in our frontend
