Project Description
Decentralized platform that aims to transform the real estate investment landscape and empower individuals of all income levels by offering fractional ownership of properties. Individuals are verified from World coin to guarantee that we don't have the same person twice and more fairly and equally distribute revenue in the right order and priority.
How it's Made
This project uses Typescript with React for its frontend, integrated with Metamask for wallet connecting on browser, Worlcoin for human verification and uniqueness as well as smart contracts with solidity build using hardhat. Under the hood it uses ethers, 3rdweb and the SDKs from world coin as well.
