This project deals with problem of housing in Colombia to people with lower wage. It pretends that people stake in a ERC-20 token backet with dollar. The user selects the house price that he want to buy and start making stakes in a scheduled program. From the begining and after a time of savings we think in 3 months and with all people participating, the DAO collect all the money from participants and propose a raffle including all those that has high loyalty in the proyect and punctuallity. The winner of the raffle obtain a DAO's house that is not in his property but the DAO. When people finish the savings of the total price then they apply to get the house ownership and he can remain in the proyect winning in BRK that is our token.

The proyect was made with web tools like html, css and javascript. The interaction with web3 is through solidity to create smart contract and remix to test and deploy and metamask to simulate the user interaction. We use ether.js to interact between DAO's smart contract and the user needs.
