BREIT - Commercializing Emeralds

REIT has been a recently new concept in Indian Economy with the very first REIT launched in 2019 and only Two REITS Thereafter. This is because the traditional ways of setting up REITS were expensive, Less Secure and cumbersome. We propose a creation and ideation of a token BREIT which will Simplify the process. Builders would be registering properties and maintaining and we will onboard potential investors who can track all their Real Estate on our Platform. Additionally we propose to launch an Exchange. BREIT will allow you to invest with as little as mere thousand as in a simple, transparent liquid and secured way. Earning Rent From a Property Such Valuable had been Dreams of Many Indians and Generating Rental Returns on the same has been made possible by us.

Technical Challenges -

1. Forming and Managing a Cycle For Rental Payments - We proposed an Idea of Completing The Cycle as soon as the Rent is Converted to our native Token and when the user wants it he can claim it from his DashBord. 2.Social Login - For General people of India Having A Metamask Wallet is not that Accesible So we resorted to Biconomy Social Login.
2. Distribution of Tokens as Rental Payment - Dividing rents and checking the Holdings Over a Quarterly Period Solved The Problem.
3. FrontEnd - But we did Excellent on the Chain Part But Went a little challenging in Front End.
