Anzen provides you with your very own AI legal assistant, a sophisticated digital lawyer trained to understand the intricacies of various business ventures and generate tailored contracts in seconds. Gone are the days of poring over dense legal documents or spending a fortune on traditional legal services.
What sets Anzen apart is its commitment to fairness and transparency. Both parties in a negotiation are assigned their own AI legal assistants. For the party offering the contract (the offeror), creating a comprehensive agreement is as simple as a single click. On the receiving end, the other party (the offeree) gets an AI assistant that breaks down the contract terms into plain, easy-to-understand language. This innovative feature is powered by Galadriel's cutting-edge LLM oracles, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
But Anzen doesn't stop there. If the offeree isn't satisfied with the initial contract, they can request a review. Using XMPT technology, both parties can communicate securely and make necessary adjustments, all within the platform.
Once both sides are happy with the terms, the contract can be signed digitally using private keys. Anzen employs the attestation feature of the sign protocol to verify and record the signatures, storing this information securely on the blockchain for future reference.
While Anzen has broad applications, it's particularly useful in HR systems. Imagine a company onboarding new contractors – Anzen streamlines the entire process, from generating contracts to obtaining approvals and signatures, all in one seamless flow.

How it's Made
The project uses Galadriel for provision Ai lawyers. We made use of the Oracles provisioned by Galadriel to communicate with their Chatgpt LLM. We write smart contracts that connect to this LLM sends our prompt to it and returns a response.
Sign protocol is used for attesting that the message is actually signed by the party involved in the agreement or legal process.
XMPT to ensure secure communication between offeror and offeree. You can also sign contracts right in your chats
